Peterlee Community Lottery – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
This lottery is operated by the Peterlee Community Lottery.

2. Prize
The prize for this lottery is £1,000.

The local charity with the most votes will also receive £1,000.

3. Entry Requirements

  • Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are residents of County Durham.

  • To enter, participants must submit a form via the official website and purchase a ticket. They will then be issued with a ticket via email.

  • The price of each ticket is £2.30.

  • By entering, participants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements.

4. Lottery Dates

  • The official start and end dates for the lottery will be published on the website and related promotional materials.

  • No entries will be accepted after the end date.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

  • The winner will be contacted using the details provided on the entry form.

  • If the winner does not respond within one week a new winner may be selected.

6. General

  • No refunds will be issued once a ticket is purchased.

  • By entering, participants agree to these terms and any additional rules stated on the lottery website.

  • The Peterlee Community Lottery reserves the right to amend or cancel the lottery or these terms at any time.
